Did one of these on PP, but the question re-arrose for a different reason. If you could design your ultimate pre-workout...what would it include and why?
PB&J
8oz milk
8oz orange juice
10 g creatine
DHT no ester
1 hour preworkout.
No I wish. I just know it would be dank. If anyone finds it.. That should be an exception to the no source rule.
I'm about to start sending requests in to UGLs though, I see it's available on some powder sites

Milk and oj sits well with me! Always drink the OJ second lol
I am pretty happy with All-In as a base add 3-400mgs of caffeine, maybe some green tea extract and a simple carb. Make it taste like a Samuel Smith Organic Chocolate Stout and I am a customer for life
