Only thing ramy needs is to condition his muscles better and improve his definition. That's it. Once he does that, and comes in as hard and dry as he did at last year's New York pro, he can beat Heath. I give it 2 years max.
Ramy wants to bring back the pure-mass monster... no problem in my eyes. The judges though?
Should also add he isn't even 30 yet, from what I've found online. He has a long time to keep improving.
Though his chest is far from horrible, it's the one thing I can point out as a clear advantage for heath

improve his definition and get some experience in posing
and try to pose for longer time as i noticed that he gets tired quickly
on stage.
if he improves these things then we have at least 8 times Mr. Olympia
