Pull-ups and rows!!
I do a shit load of pull-ups wide/neutral grip and need to get back to going rows more often.
Fuck, pull-ups and rows it is.
BUT, can anyone link a youtube vid of proper form doing these? Maybe I'm just not doing them right.
With pullups I usually grab the bar, pull myself up, lower myself and repeat ;)
But really I do either 2 ways: all the way up so my chest touches the bar, or I do shortened range of motion.
