ph's for grappling.. Bad idea or good idea? I want to lift in conjunction with grappling soon and want to recover from both, but also not lose a lot of strength due to the nature of the cardio centric workout that is grappling.

Increased recovery + aggression seems win win to me.
Also, doing powerful movements should help translate that strength over into the grappling world nicely : )

As far as a good ph for this as a fighter somethin that helps you keep your weight class but ups strength and aggression. Halotestin. Choice of fighters and powerlifters... The prob is no ph of it :-/
Eq-plex would be great if it was still legal increases in endurance... Small weight gain but I'd go with standrol should help with aggression and energy probably won't have to move any weight classes either very little muscle gain at 600-800 mg range. Joints might be a problem though I'd hit the fish oil hard.
Probably anything with little to no water retention and that is known for lean, hard gains... 11-oxo/11-kt, stanodrol, epistane, d-plex (maybe).
Just grab some Cheque Drops. Leave with title belt and your opponent's ear.
11 oxo would be good... Spendy... You would have to run that or Stano at high dose... Might as well go with Epi though for lean dry gains and strength. Great suggestions BBG!
Def right as well Ares. Strong stuff... I'm excited for it on last month of test.
