- 1 Bunch parsley
- 1 Tsp. black pepper
- 3 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 1 Tsp. garlic - minced
- 2 Chicken breasts
- 1 Head of lettuce
- 2 Oz of Thai sweet and spicey dipping sauce
Recipe Instructions:
- Put parsley, garlic, fish sauce and thai sweet and spicey sauce into a blender and blend until it is smooth
- Combine the chicken and sauce in a small dish and let it marinade for an hour
- Add chicken and marinade to a small sautee pan and brown the chicken on medium-high heat for 10 minutes
- Plate the chicken with lettuce to use as a wrap. Extra thai dipping sauce can be used for more flavor
