- 1 Can coconut milk
- 1 chicken breast
- 2 Tsp Red Curry Paste
- 3 Tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tsp Sweet Serum
- 1/2 red bell pepper
- 1/2 green bell pepper
Recipe Instructions:
- Heat curry paste, coconut milk, fish sauce and sweetener in a skillet
- Once boiling add chicken and rotate until chicken is cooked thoroughly
- Add peppers and cover till the peppers are soft and cooked through
