Scope75, I didn't read all your posts but do you still use CBL? And, of course, high GI carbs before bed?
I'm eating ultra clean for the moment 'cause I gained too much fat with CBL last run. I follow the protocol but with less fat than required by Kiefer and carbs are only low GI (excepted malto for my pwo)
Doing CNS but with refeeds every 14 days.

Going to let it smoke for about 2.5-3hrs at 250-275.
Best and juiciest pork I've ever had. Cooked it medium so the internal temp got to 140 and if doesn't seem like it lost a oz of juice while it cooked.
