Guess I still have some strength in me because I'm still able to squat 315 while being 21 days depleted, and I haven't lifted in a long time.

Nice work on the squats. Just a question though, dunno if someone already asked you, but let's say you hit a nasty failure when your deep in that hole squatting.... do you have any precautions? Since you work out alone and isolated
Woke up with a little DOMS but not much.
Did a few rounds of battle rope work and that seemed to free me up a hair and now that I'm at work and moving around all is good other than being a little slow/stiff if I'm still for a while.
I'll probably do some foam rolling this evening then hit some BW exercises and shoulder work.
Whats the recipe for that pumpkin pie???
