Having had normal T and E levels the last couple weeks, it's like night and day bro. one friend said my face looks leaner even! I'm making progress like im on cycle combined with the epic gainz... Best feeling ever, you'll know what im talking about soon enough :D

Same thing as Monday's dinner but I needed more so I just poured 16oz whites in with the chicken as it reheated.
Hit the jalapeños with the broiler to get them crispy.

Used 1 avocado, greek yogurt, salt, pepper, garlic, and some of my uncles hot sauce for the guacamole and it really set the meal off.
Here's what I think is hands down the best hot sauce.

Also had 3 different bowls cereals and some TJ dried banana flattened. Not sure what else I'll have but I'm not finished yet.
