How do you make coconut butter?
Put coconut flakes in the blender or food processor and let it do its thing.
Blendtec with twister jar makes butters like a boss.
I just throw the flakes and nuts in the twister jar and make both at the sametime.

And bro that Toffee Peanut Butter looks absolutely to die for!!!! How do you create such beauty?! :eek:
Just going to make PB and add in a sugar free toffee syrup or a toffee extract with some stevia or splenda.
Have lots of ideas just can't go to crazy or I'll over eat all these damn butters I'm making.
As your making and testing out flavors you end up eating a ton of fiber and fats without realizing it.

Yesterday evenings workout was a killer one.
Started with 30min LISS to warm up and with PX White and IML's Maximum Pump Extreme in my system getting warm takes no time at all.
So many sets and reps of squats with razor sharp focus and drive like no other.
Sweat was so heavy I had to chalk up to have good grip on my SSB and to be able to do more than 5 pullups because I was SSing squats and pull ups. Last few set of pull ups I went to failure and that's always a funny/great feeling of failure on pull ups.
Damn I think I should go play the lotto....
