Don't feel like watching TV so I'll be making a chocolate protein cheesecake!!
How much of your day does cooking consume?
I usually spend 1-2hrs cooking a week because I'll bbq 10 pounds of chicken breast at once and that'll last me 5-7 days, or I'll cook 2 different batches of ground turkey so it'll be fresh. When I eat fish I have to cook it right before I eat it.
After my protein is cooked all I do is either make a salad, burrito, throw it in a bowl with grilled veggies. So after I have my meat cooked I only have to spend 5-15 minutes per meal.
If you guys need ideas I'm more than willing to help out.
My meals are quick, simple, healthy, and most of all fucking tasty!!!

Got the test if the air out by smacking the pan on the table then I sprinkled natural unsweetned cocoa powder on top to make it look good.

Finished baking now ill let it chill in the refrigerator over night.

Man I LOVE deads!!!
Woke up this morning and my back has a nice soreness to it and it feels like it wants to grow!! Lol
Anyways yesterday for deads I did 3x20@135, 4x15@185, 5x12@225. After that I usually add more weight and keep going up to 365 but my body is still recovering from my trip and was zapped early. Did some more back work after deads then did 25 minutes on the treadmill 4mph@12% incline.
Getting ready to go do AM cardio then some light back and shoulder work.
