Finally got a chance to view your 530 and 580 squats. Looked good overall. A little squirrelly out of the hole on 530 but depth looked spot on. It appeared the 580 was a bit shallower (1.5-2") depth-wise than the 530, which is to be expected on a new PR weight, and I could not tell from the angle if it qualified as regulation depth or not, but it was close. You were strong out of the hole on the 580. Nice work. I have to be honest, watching your vids brings me back to another time in my life when I hung out with the top PLers in the nation (and world), the weights were heavy (heaviER, anyway. lol) and the style was power-bodybuilding. It is motivating to me. From one ol' guy to another, "thanks".
never saw those until now, I feel small, weak and shrimpy...
Thanks to Burly and olddawg, I, today, finally also saw these. You're the man Sorrow! You're the man! SICK!!!!
Thanks guys!
Yeah its really hard to tell from the front, the size of my quads and loose shorts don't help. I do feel loose in the bottom of the squat. I'm sure it's because of the focus I put on geared lifting over the last year. But still felt great none the less.

At this point I'm focused on letting my body recover so no pills of any kind while the liver gets back in order. Still not sure about the cholesterol levels but I think that will come on its own. Really I haven't modified my lifting from what I've done previously. Just cleaning up the diet to try and cut some unnecessary body fat. Have been doing the old apple cider vinegar drink once a day to try and clean everything out. Also have some dermatherm I'll be using to help get the waistline down.
The real question is once everything is sorted.. triumphalis.. or Mithras..
nice dude, crazy power there.
why don't you just use AAS instead of toxic PH's? haha, you are very serious with lifting afteralll....
Thanks man.
The thought has crossed my mind on more then one occasion. Haven't really dug too deep into locating a source, and to be honest PH's are relatively easy to handle. Plus I think several of these "ph's" fall under designer category at this point. I have been researching Tren. But we shall see.
At this point there's a few other variable I need to dial in. Change my protein intake and find some new options as far as that goes. Thinking about trying tome of the PN lineup.
Time for a resurrection! Following my lexen raw meet, I took a vacation and did nothing at all besides relax and heal up. Then I returned to the grind. I decided to get back into my multiply gear and see where I'm at. A little surprised to be honest it appears my raw work carried over extremely well to my squat, decently to my bench, and not at all to my deadlift.
Squat over the last three weeks:
765 attempt good:
Tim Baker 765 multiply squat. Dukes Iron Zoo - YouTube
785 attempt good:
Tim B 785 multiply squat - YouTube
800 attempt .. good! I was only supposed to stand up and break with it not perform a whole squat but once I started I knew I had this one.

Bench training
first week I stayed raw hit 425 touch and go
second week ended with this 580 to a 1 board:

It was a grinder. Right before that I took 555 and we pulled the front down to far and took a lot out of me. Its a process with the multiply.
Tomorrow will be week 3. Most likely going to work with 580 again maybe 600 to a board or two.
Deadlift.. a little disappointed actually. I got back in my suit and pulled a quick 625 the first week back but it relay bound up and cut into me. The following week it just had no pop and had a horrible go of it, missed 605. I think Ive out grown it. In reality its the only deadlift suit Ive ever used so its probably time for a new one. Plus Ive used it at 220 lbs bw, and 242. Now Im weighing in around 248 and its just not fitting right.
So following this week will be a business trip to chicago so another rest week then I'll start right back at it again.
