Nope... he came back to the PP forum in its last few days but never made the switch. I got the impression that his muscle mass building days were over and he was back to his love of cycling... on a road bike, that is.

Sup fellas,
I used to be on the PP forum a while ago, I fell off from working out when my wife had my daughter two years ago, since then I have been off and on with no consistant time in the gym. Recently I get a good 3-4 days in a week! getting back into it and feeling great.

Before 2012 stats
5'5
170lbs
9-10%BF

Now
160lbs
13-14%BF

before working out ever
125lbs

Hope to get my diet, sleep and gym back on track and learn a lot from the forum
