naw. ur right. I'm coo with var and tbol......thats a bout it.....maybe like 4-5mgs a day of sdrol...but only for extra strength gains and id only do it for 2 weeks....but that'll probably never happen anytime soon
About what, the PIP or the Msten?
I switched to shorter pins for this run because the areas that I hit are lean, so I don't have much distance to go to hit the muscle. I'm pinning ED, so longer needles get annoying. After the PIP kicked in, I looked into why PIP happens and the only thing that makes sense is it seeping out of the muscle right after I pin and getting into the subQ area. My left thigh even had a small lump where it happened, so that is what I'm working with right now. I used the Trest/Dien combo before with longer pins and never had this problem.
As far as the Msten, I think it is what is causing my intestinal issues simply because it has been the only change in diet that I've made. My GI tract is pretty sensitive, so I figure it was the only thing that could have set it off.
I was referring to the pip, you know your own body well enough to know if it's that which is giving you the runs. I've just never personally heard the bit about the pip. So my ears perked up when you said it.
Feeling a TON better. My gut is cooperating again and I'm taking in the calories. I may start up Msten again at just 10mg/day and see what happens.
My right quad is in pain and tight, so I'm starting to get concerned if its PIP or something else. It isn't swollen, red or hot so I know its not infected. My left quad is just fine, so I'm not sure what the deal is. I dropped the dienolone for the moment until the 'PIP' or whatever it is goes down and I get my longer pins in the mail. Started pinning the trest by itself in my arms, so my legs can take a break.

Did some back work and incline benching at 225 for reps. I jumped the weight on the benching up faster than normal so I didn't burn a lot of energy getting to the 315. I wanted to break the 315 PR because it was starting to be a mental game. The last 2 attempts at going higher failed, so I was getting bummed. I added the 2.5lb plates on each side to make 320, just so I could say that I wasn't stuck at 315. It did the trick and I pressed the 325 without issue.
Time to start working on 315 for multiple reps ;)
Did some arm work a couple days ago.
Tried some leg work the day after that, not sure it was a smart idea. Even at low weight.
My right thigh is still tense. The Vastus Lateralis to be exact. The big thing that has me concerned is that there is now bruising right above the knee, around the Quadriceps Femoris Tendon. However I haven't hit anything to cause the bruising, and it started about 2 days ago. It seems like draining from the side of the leg, I've had something similar happen in the past.
The only other thing that it could be is the Iliotibial Tract, that sits on top of the Vastus Lateralis. It may just be irritated, and because of how the pain and reduced range of motion currently are, it would be logical. I've had my Thoracolumbar Fascia get irritated and tighten up on me for no damned reason in the past as well.
I'm just confused on what caused it. I was thinking at first it was the Dien just causing some wicked PIP, but I've pinned the same volumes in both right and left thighs and my left thigh is perfectly fine. I was having some mild knee pain well before starting up the trest/dien again, so I am starting to think that it isn't PIP and was just coincidence.
Definitely going to the doctor on this one, but It'll have to wait until next week.

Updates have been slow because work has been stupid busy. Just finished off 10 days in a row at no less than 10 hours each day, pretty exhausted by it.
In cycle news, Msten is out. I started taking 10mg/day to see how I managed and the GI pains slowly came back. Which is awesome because I only have 3 1/2 bottles of the stuff left now, lol.
In the spirit of getting swole, I've bumped the trest up to 75mg/day and I'm keeping the dien at 50mg/day. I loved how trest by itself felt when I ran it higher a while ago, so I'm going to give it another shot at that volume.
That's great that you were able to to distinguish the Msten causing your stomach issues. Definitely sucks that you have a stash though. It is a great compound though so maybe hold onto it until its banned and drop it on ebay? haha I am probably interested in the opened bottle if you can't unload it and want to.
