And got sidelined again... fucking bad.
Got hit with a respiratory infection. Nothing really new to me, but goddamn I got slammed by it, even the doctor was amazed I came into his office under my own power. No real big setback, just some time off from lifting.
Oh, but then I managed to get a staph infection and lost 8 pounds in a week. Still not over it and still out of the gym for probably a few more days at least. I just cant win!

Hit some chest and back today, did pretty well. Infection isn't 100% gone, but its close.

That finished off the workout. I did better than I expected, felt pretty weak going into the gym, but that seemed to go away after the benching. Felt good to get back into the gym and get the blood going.
