To summarize it up, 315 with belt/wraps for 3 on front squats. Missed 405 back squat after my front squat session. Next week it's back to regular squatting.
Did a bunch of other leg work as well obviously.
My diet hasn't been very good lately...

Diet has been awful in reality. Trying to bust my ass, but I'm feeling like shit. Just beat down, depressed, stressed, and lethargic. Could be where I'm at in my life, could be the cycle. It's almost at an end. Might be related to a girl I've been talking to for a while, she sent me some drunk text about get fucked by another random guy. Then again, why do I care? I'll be at college in two weeks and have plenty of connections there :D
Hit back. Definitely losing strength. Couldn't even pull a 565. Left me pretty frustrated so I just did high rep supersets until I was about to pass out.
Picture isn't the best. I'm not as lean/dry looking. Maybe it's just my outlook on it? Who knows.

Your back look thick AND lean. Fuck that chick, you don't need toxic people like that in your life. You can't PR every workout. Some workouts you'll go backwards. The key is progress over time.
Thanks man. Means a lot, just feeling stressed out lately about a lot of things. My back is without a doubt my strongest point. Been doing a lot of weighted pullups/pullup dropsets lately. Seems to be helping to bring it out in lat spreads, combined with the diet and tightening up my waist. What diet though... The drugs are the only thing keeping me in tact right now :( Gotta diet hard again tomorrow.

On the upshot your back looks sick. And what BBG said, progress, progress, progress. Plus you're on a cut with not anabolics so you're gonna lose some strength. Also I know the feeling of feeling run down, and it has a lot to do with diet, I'm sure if you cleaned up your diet and refocused you'll be back to killing shit in no time.
Feeling good today. No idea why, but I guess getting some relax time down at a pool with nobody else really clears your mind.
