Here's what I've been doing lately to get the swelling down and I'll start to rehab it next week.
I'll be using bands and body weight to get it back healthy and strong.

Yesterday while At Costco for the first time this year I noticed they are stocking a lot more organic and free range products.
Bought some organic unsalted butter, organic veggies, raw free range cheese, organic free range hamburger.
While shopping at a couple other places I found raw milk and a host of other natural, organic, and free range items.
Some of tonight's dinner.
I'll also be eating some broccoli and cauliflower.
Some cheap meat and kale.
Meat is seasoned with lemon and Italian seasoning.
Kale chips have EVO, salt and pepper.

Strip the leafs of the stem, tear into big pieces as they shrink a lot when baked, toss with 1Tbs of EVO, season to your liking I used salt pepper garlic. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes I did mine 13.

Oh and place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and put them shiny green side down.
Making theses is easier if you have a Misto mister.
Just spray the kale toss a bit then repeat.
Add some seasonings toss and repeat.
I'll be making some more today and they'll be a spicy seasoning.
I'm about to start to make myself breakfast and I'll be making coconut flour pancakes, steak, and eggs.
Have walden farms maple syrup, but I'll also make a fresh berry topping.
Oh and don't for get the organic butter!!
Been looking forward to eating some buttered pancakes for a while.
