was with a girl last night and she was amused by how delighted I was when I yawned. PFS people who recover are so thankful for drowsiness when it comes back haha

lower back pain completely gone. day off did me good.
just did yoga again. gunna do same thing for monday and should be back at it friday. think i'm gunna lower my lifts by 10-50 pounds on squats and deads cuz I think i'm near my limit for my joints.
always good to take a week off for close calls. lose one week for a lifetime rather than push on and be out for months

what's back pumps? back is fine now. day off served me well. probably just muscle strain. lowering squats and deads by 20lbs should do the trick.
