I'm forced to work upper body so I'll probably be able to make some nice gains while my leg is busted.

If I eat 2 boxes of cereal along with 2 bags of marshmellows I'll be at 980g carbs.
That's without the 180g that will come from the pancakes and syrup.
I think with milk I'll be at
1200 grams of carbs.
150 grams fat
200+ grams protein
That's just the break down of my CarbNite without what I ate earlier in the day.

Bro you look swole man, just keep building. Once your legs are back, It'll pay off! Maybe this happened for a reason (at least I tend to think that way when everything seems to fall apart). You'll come back leaner and more swole than ever before!!
