Carbs got pounded last night and I'm up 10 pounds. 206-216.
Did my morning pull ups and overhead press and I felt and looked Swole!!!
Muscles had a nice full round look to them. T-shirts fit totally different for 2/3 days after a 1200g+ refeed.
I'll hit deads, rows, and more pull-ups this evening. Pumps and workout should be great.
