update
so i've been off all supps including All-in and creatine for about a month.
gyno wise: shit has shrunk a lot. i don't mind it anymore but it's there and i'm pretty sure high dose masteron on my next cycle will destroy the rest of it. finished tapering letro last week, still on ralox, now on aromasin, and prami .5 mg a day. planning to get off these asap, aromasin first and prami last because it's doing all the work on the gyno i'm fairly sure, aromasin seems to kill estro (joints) more than letro did.
making significant gains in the gym. i'm pretty stoked. i think the sun might be anabolic.

Looking good weekend. I'd actually put your bf a few percent lower than you have it as usually you have to be 10% or lower to see the bottom abs.
Remember this time coz as you get older gaining weight becomes easy and keeping the fat off is the real struggle!
I take it you do a lot of cardio and eat clean 7 days a week?

I do no cardio except sex daily and some walking (to class) and have spent the last many days eating Italian food, pb&j, cheeseburgers. The night before most of these pics were taken I ate 4 double cheese from McD's and a large fried followed up with a protein shake lol. My girlfriend feeds me vegetables but I just mostly go for meats and fruit. I usually eat out once a day (sushi, pizza, teriyaki, pho, pork sandwiches, you name it) and eat a lot of sandwiches and protein shakes and eggs and meat otherwise.
Also my bottom abs are not very visible, mostly just a good 4 pack goin. You can see the outline but the lighting in these pics is definitely flattering lol
Your post on what's the point of AAS didn't resonate with me at first and I am starting to think they are actually better used when young... Not sure though don't wanna sound stupid lol. I feel like with my intense training the gains just keep coming, but maybe you're just so huge while I still have some decent size left to gain, so you get disappointed when you can't hold a realistic amount of
