One of my last sets on sweeps (vertical leg press on the smith machine, lying down on a mat pushing straight up).
6 plates on each side. 7 reps, the other guy drops a plate on each side.
immediately!!! 5 plates, 7 reps. 4 plates, 7 reps, 3 plates, 7 reps, count till 3, 7 reps AGAIN at 3 plates. And then count till 3 and 10 super slow reps, and 10 super fast reps.
I killed it today on 300mg bro! Was squatting 315, holding it down, and then coming up fast, dropping slow. Reps after reps. I was on a different planet. My legs though as big and as great as they would look to mane who stare at me at the gym had 0 definition.... so that kinda sucked. I sweated like a pig man!
I think Tomorrow I'll just hit 300mg again.
Weekend, would it be wise to try 450 in one single dose tomorrow before cardio and core training? (I'm a bit suicidal I guess)
