Hey I'm looking for cycle advice
Im looking to build thick dense muscle with minimal bloating/ fat build up
I eat clean and train hard
Im looking to do
weeks 1-10 test e 500mg
weeks 1-10 anavar 5mg ED
weeks 1-10 proviron 50mg ED
Arimidex .5 mg EOD
do I need HCG?
PCT clomid 50/50/25/25 Nolva 40/40/20/20
Any advice?
My only advice would be do a shit load more research. Why'd you need proviron? You literally don't, especially not with the A.I (which should be kept on hand if/when you experience estrogen sides and not before) you'll be covering a goodly amount of T into DHT anyway. Assuming you mean 50mg of anavar rather than 5mg? If that's your first cycle stick to just test so you can tell which compound provides which effects etc.
This is all advice from somebody who's never used "dark side" anabolics but I'm pretty sure most of the others would agree with me. Safety first and all.

Var proviron and an ai seems overkill, id drop the ai or proviron, and if you keep the adex id start low

Yeah good thing you chose this cycle, only a cycle like this would give you thick dense muscle..other cycles only give you..wait, what other kinds of muscle do you guys build that I can insert here?
You don't need an AI. Get pre bloods to see where you are. Then get bloods a month into your cycle to see how you aromatize. You don't need to start the AI right away, 500mg a week isn't guaranteed you'll need it. If anything, take the proviron to help with estro control, and if things a get bad(which I doubt), drop the prov and start using the AI. I'm going to think you mean like 50mg anavar like he said cuz otherwise 5mg won't do anything except for a chick.
Do you need HCG; no. Is it much smarter for yourself, your nuts, and a smoother PCT; yes, so I'd say you should.

i would run this cycle 14 weeks of test @ 500 mg/week, proviron only
If you have the extra cash, it doesn't do a whole lot... Use 40 mg anavar week 10-16 if you want to use anavar.
Alternatively use masteron for 8-10 weeks instead of both anavar and proviron. (This is my recommendation)
You definitely need exemestane on hand. Almost everyone will need to use some on 500 mg/week unless using masteron with it. Proviron usually won't cut it unless you go up to 100 mg/day

And hcg is a requirement for sexual comfort in my experience so yes you need it. My balls hurt and get all fucked up without it.
I completely agree with weekend... My only change is I've used 50 mg var and loved it. Mast smokes just about everything except tren for hardness and vascularity. I feel better on mast as well.
My balls hurt too bad without hcg as well and my wife doesn't like it when they don't slap the shit out of her either!! Hahaha!
NEVER go without an ai on hand. Never know when you might need it and it can take awhile to get.
I love mast too, test/mast/dbol gives me tren results without the sides
