Sour apple was hard to stomach, and I have a gut of steel. Still good stuff though. Just ordered the Blue Raspberry. How is it?
I actually thought it was ok. I didn't mind it at all. I up the water ratio and when I did that the flavor comes out a little. No stomach or digestion issues ever for me.

All the flavors in all in are pretty sour....its the ingredients you really cannot mask them no matter how hard you try.
I do the unflavored..some people add lemonade to their and say it tastes very good that way :)

I buy it all individually and mix it myself.
I can really notice a difference if I skip the protein along with the all-in dose.
