Depends on what you're referring to as sex pill.
Cialis, viagra pharmaceutical wise work well for many, and as far as natty "enhancers go, icariin (HGW) or muira puma I've personally tried before and both work well, but I prefer icariin (50% or 98% extract preferably).
This is just for on-the-spot EQ results.....if you're looking for something of more permanence to fix Low T or something else causing erection issues (or just want to feel better in general), there's a natural test boosting regimen you can find in the Supplements forum that would work wonders for you, as it has for me.
