Notes:
Best workout I've had in quite some time. My whole upper body was pumped right off the bat. Reverse fly superset with BW pull-ups as a warmup is Fackin on point, seemed to stretch everything out pretty good. As for the rest of the workout, it got to the point where I had to stop and take a few deep breathes in between sets haha. My pump had me feeling real blocky and square like(A+).
Also, had a couple little zits around the application areas(chest/traps/delts). Nothing major, just something I noticed.
Not looking forward to tomorrow(cardio/abs). Ill post an update when I get home from work!
