Advice and Suggestions on Shower Gel/Deodourant?

Hello all - been reading the TMO site and checking I'm up-to-date on a few things, when I realised I'd overlooked xenoestrogens.

Of old I've used SLS/SLES/Paraben free shower gels and natural soapsfor years now (my treat to myself you see) and long prior to my crash late last year, but is this enough? The links to the Health Ranger store on the TMO site no longer work. I don't currently use deodourant but I'd definitely take a suggestion (I don't *think* I smell bad, but I'd like to smell good!)

Seeing as I want to give recovery my all, am I doing all I can here? What do you guys use or recommend for either?

Trialing lemon (yes really) after shower as anti-perspirant, and it definitely works well enough! I now have an "armpit lemon" in a box in the fridge. No stickiness at all either. Half a lemon gets about 2 days, who'd have thought!?

Thanks for pointing that out. Anytime you guys notice shit like that, let me know. I've been busy with building my brokerage. I'll put this on the list of things to be done.

For now, just search Health Ranger products for natural alternatives.
