Shilajit + Ubiquonol

So far I've found Shilajit resin to be the most powerful herb for me. I have also been taking ubiquonol (active CoQ10) every morning. The few days I went without ubiquonol I definitely feel like I didn't respond as strongly to shilajit (still good though). Then I happened to stumble across some articles including one on Lost empire herbs. CoQ10 has actually been proven to increase the effectiveness of shilajit and vice versa.
