End of year cigars set me back

I was doing good with the protocol and got sloppy . I figured it's the end of the year what would a celebratory cigar do to my upswing. Since smoking cigars on new years eve it seems like it set me back. I'm normally not a smoker & drink on the rare occasion with pfs

No libido when I had a marginally livable sex drive before

You may already be aware of this, but drinking should really be out on complete hold while you work towards recovery. It actually legitimately fucks up your hormones while in this delicate state.
