I'm really looking to boost my cognitive function as much as possible. I naturally learn fast and would like to optimize my cognition despite recent struggles.
Activities that help include Lumosity, speed reading, and learning foreign languages.
Supplement wise I have had great results with vincopetine.
I am looking for more cognitive boosters that also boost sexual function and are natural. For example this would rule out caffeine since it negatively effects me sexually.
Never used this personally but I known some guys that swear by methylene blue. It's technically used for cleaning algae from fish bowls.. But it cleans and protects the mitochondria, mind enhancements hv been reported , among other things

I use and have used a handful of suppllement that are considered at some level " nootropics".
Phenylpiracetam , Noopept, caffiene, Phenibut,, Choline all have different effects. The best "brain drugs" i have used are prescription only. Provigil and Vyvanse being the best of the bunch.
I see this commonly talked about for BiPolar disorder. Anyone else have more info on this?? It is linked to Serotonin Toxicity when used with SSRI's, etc..which definitively means it is legit as for potential mood enhancing capabilities.Quote:

I can't recommend pregnenolone. I tried it today at 10 mg sublingually. Didn't like it.
I don't know what would really enhance sexual function as well as cognitive function except maybe amphetamine-like substances. And this is such a broad spectrum question that will probably have a different answer for everyone.
As far as safer supplementation I like centrophenoxine. Doesn't help sexual function aside from more focus on the task, but doesn't hurt it either. Maybe l-dopa is more along the line of what you are looking for?
On the herbal front Lions Mane makes me far sharper and more productive, not sure about any sexual benefits but I'd recommend it for focus and clarity... makes me more efficient. I pick it up from Super Man Herbs and mix it into a tea in the morning.
Looking at the ingredient profile here, you'd be better off just buying these as a standalone as opposed to having them all jammed into one pill. Your quality is going to be much better and you can control your inputs more efficiently, not to mention it's going to be more cost effective in the long run buying them separately.Quote:
