Has anyone ever heard of DIM being beneficial for PFS?
It says that it balances excess estrogen in men..
I actually did use DIM in my rotation as a replacement for herbs when I didn't get them in yet. I would say, go for it. It functions similar to herbs where it makes you feel better later in the day rather than right after you take it.
You can add it to the rotation. I used it alot before the rotation came along.Quote:
