I havent run a PH cycle yet.

Would creatine be good for me at this point?

Is there any increase in DHT for us?

I just read the thread about the PH cycle and how it helps increase 5ar which we need to utilize the DHT.

We dont benefit from DHT without running the cycle?

So the creatine is useless for me at this point?

I also haven't ran a cycle yet, and am starting creatine soon as it arrives. I hope we can still get the benefits? Would like to see someone more experienced chime in on this.

Yeah use it while your on cycle, it’ll give you more benefits..

I take creatine Hcl powder and the moment I injest it my scalp itches like a mf. It’s deff a DHT booster.

& you don’t have to cycle creatine, you could and should take it all year round. It’s one of the a FEW supps that you can get in any store and it actually works. You know how gimmicky GNC & these stores can get with their products.

Hell yeah man. DJM's old advice. 4 scoops of Con-Cret had ph level pumps.

I use German Creatine since it’s made in Germany, and I have full confidence that they don’t spike it with anything. I bought a small tub and then a large bag, and I use the bag to refill the tub when it runs out. I wouldn’t recommend doing loading phases with creatine because you are likely to get bloating or stomach pains.

I feel like it makes me a bit stronger in the gym, but I’ve been using it nonstop since February and I don’t feel like going off of it to see if I get weaker.
