That's all I aim for daily. My diet is anything but that. I aim for my protein for the day, and eat whatever I want else. But try to keep my sugars and shit sparing. It's worked pretty well for me. I still look like a fuckin twig at my weight when talking to lifters, but otherwise people say I'm a big dude....I just wish I could yet these chicken legs squared away lol
I was only wanting coaching for meal plans that's really all I need. Just some structure I'm not very good with planning like that.
Other than that everything is g2g. And I know I need to lose weight
