Matt is nice guy, from PP days I was used to see him bigger and bigger so this video came as a bit of surprise, I tought he may be Mr Olympia someday, but things change...
one thing that cross my mind while watching video is that he's maybe trying too much with cardio- cardio is quite taxing on endocrine system and body as whole, so at the moment best strategy to burn fat is long distance walking+ weightlifting.
