Anybody have any experience with Smolov while on cycle?
Was thinking of doing a mini smolov sort of thing on cycle, squatting twice a week with slightly modified progression so I'm not gassed and can hit my other bodyparts on other days.
Basically I want to increase my squat numbers and still gain size on a cycle.
Any thoughts or suggestions?
