After all is said and done I weigh in at 191!!! I could not be more happy with this product I will post more pics tomorrow but pics don't do the justice at all thank you again to SoCal-nutrition and iron flex for this trial it was amazing!!! Anyone looking to get bigger or stronger definitely need to try this supplement
