Hey all
What did your doctor say about tongkat ali?
Congrats on the improvements thus far.
Again, If it was me, Id be avoiding all pharmaceuticals. And yes, remeron is in a class of drugs in the anti-depressant category and will have negative effects on libido. It increases serotonin which alot of anti-depressants do, and one of the side effects of this increased serotonin is a decrease and or elimination of libido. Gotu Kola is fantastic as an anxiolitic and it's natural.
When you're feeling anxious....breathe. Go some where and do three to four rounds of the Wim Hof breathing method. This will eliminate all anxiety, if only for a short while. If the anxiety creeps back in, do them again. You can't over do these exercises as when done correctly they blast your body with O2. Nothing but positives there, again.
Cold showers done CONSISTENTLY will also eliminate anxiety and depression and help with deeper sleep. You'll also get immediate short term relief. (You just have to deal with the up front uncomfortablness and shock)
Creatine HCL will not only help in increasing muscle mass and exercise performance (which will in turn also help anxiety and sleep) but for me it always had a very subtle calming effect.
You need to think long and hard about those pharmaceuticals man.
I think it's even harder for guys in Canada to say no to pharms because it's heavily government subsidized.
talked to this other pfser and he went the pharma route cuz for him money was tight and he gets the drugs for free from his job. sucks but it is what it is
I think you should consider carefully the advice given by CDnuts.
Pharmaceuticals got you in this mess to begin with and they are not going to get you out of it.
You have to remember those prescribing the drugs do not know how they work and what long term changes they do to the body. We know they are highly toxic and place pressure on the liver which has to process them, along with all the other supps you are taking.
All the head noise can resolve itself with meditation if you were to give it a chance and wait patiently to let things take care of themselves.
Remember this is about detox and you are prolonging the process if you are dumping a whole load of different synthetic chemicals into your body.
My experience with creatine...if I take one dosage creatine hcl in the morning I literally will not sleep that night, its nuts lol..I actually tried it again about 3 weeks ago and as sure as shit come 4am I could of ran a marathon. From my research it’s generally unheard off but there other guys hit with insomnia from it...lol hypersensitive or what
Yeah, I've heard that from a few people, not many though. You have to listen to your body when it comes to anything you're putting into it. Like I said, for me personally, creatine has a very subtle, yet noticeable calming effect on me.
Everything I recommend is based upon what I personally experienced and from what others have mentioned to me about their own journey's following the regimen. It is more of a guideline or blueprint to follow. Ultimately, you have to follow it to the best of your ability without giving yourself any negative reactions.
Ukranian women are probably the most beautiful per capita in the world imo
I love me some Eastern European women.....Russians too.
Haha at least you have libido..
I have ZERO. I mean the only erection I get is morning & I even question that cause when I pee it goes away.. Bathmate is the only thing keeping it up these days..
I understand the process of mental/emotional sides going away first followed by the physical stuff though.. I’m just focusing on having a good mood & being sane.
Anyone who experienced not feeling gym pumps & that muscle building feeling, does that fall under the libido & sexual category of being the Last thing to recover? Or does it fall somewhere between the mental and sexual stage.. hope I did not make it confusing. I get stronger but don’t feel Pumps, it blows my mind every time
Despite the negatives, if you go through the 6 weeks, will the baseline after be higher regardless? Or do the negative symptoms mean you have to change something
When I get on it I could care less about the negatives i will push through the shit for a better baseline.
Just want to gather as much info as possible on the prohormones. I start my first cycle September 1
I agree with Cdnuts, i would like so much to apply R-Andro cycles, but after the exprience with my first time on mood, it was bad, i shouldn't have put R-andro because the herbs had improved A LOT my mood (and i was eve using just around 7 and had just began use them), i am trying to recover my mood after R-andro until now....
Without proper cleanse, I think anything can crash anyone (in a sense). I had no improvement until longer fasts (but does not apply to everyone).
It was hard obviously, but I had no choice. And living impaired (in almost ludicrous ways) was no way to be.
I def had issues on R-Andro/4-Andro, but made sure to workout in non busy hrs as much as I could, and was still miles away from where I was before. Now, it feels stressful using it. It can still be worth it. Fin'd cycle 2. 1 was long for me and got me very decent to good gains. 2 also, but ran it less long. I wouldn't dare take these in my pre-fast state. Not that they're so bad, but in general. Now compared to then, I can see differences.
I had long periods of very good discipline or even better before crash (pfs), and fasting helped me make it now into extremely focused discipline thankfully. 3d wasn't enough for me then, but now 3d does help remaining issues or a hiccup (if I eat something not good or randomly get a bit ill). Lots of ppl wanted me to tell them how to fast and fasted short, and then think they crashed later, but I think they didn't fast long enough. Even 30 (or 20) could have been better, but I broke when natural hunger returned more or less.
Also "How does one fast?" --> pretty hard to answer.
it gets easier after your body goes keto I think. your body was used to a lot of carbs if I recall correctly. join a fasting group on fb / checkout loren lockmans vids on youtube. that's what I did. and my parents were cooking tons of stuff too lol
you're very thin though how long were u planning on going for?
I did the best to stay away from kitchen, when others cooked/ate. And also, later I liked only being the only one in the kitchen (crazy, obsessive rigid rules that I live by). This way I didn't need to worry about dropping/throwing the blender, or burning anything down. (Not joking).
True,True, for FAT LOSS too., or avoidance of bad foods/drinks and wanting to be lean, recomposition, bodybuilding training, or other sports too.
Hell that can work for quitting serious substances or alcohol or even smoking too.
Rewiring habits over 21 days (more for something that lasted like 20yrs tho).
Not sure how much underweight you are. But, you can see my ribcage, I was ripped enough even after gaining 30lb after quitting fin, after losing 10 before. Fasting was worth it. I have large bone structure or whatever, but I know people trying to gain weight to fast. I thought this made no sense before, but I have seen some results in others getting better with ARL/TEI (not discussed here) and then fasting. I know others that were suicidal 247 like me, and like me... 7-10d water fasting just wasn't enough. No hunger mostly on day 3-4. In cleansing mode (basically). Autophagy may kick in then. Had I not stuck it out, I wouldn't be here writing this, but I was not severely underweight. maybe raw food diet or broths for a long time. Or juice feasting a long time... NO suicidal thoughts more than a second, and not often since then (extended fasts). Whereas before, it was quite severe. I can understand if 6'5 and 140lb or 120lb. There are variants on water fasting with one broth or similar meal, once in the day. Exact details of which, I am not sure. They are conducted in some eastern european countries (hospitals with fasting depts).

ALSO* IF you must be admitted, that is way way better than causing yourself harm.
MATTYB H/S knows about weights/ days one should fast and refeeding.

True, distracting mind always staying busy helps. Making it sound easier than it is, but a lot know here what I'm talking about. Forest walks, always good. Music whenever I used to get too hyper or was in a bad mood, or had to run out. And rest is super important. Something I reluctantly, must admit is sorely lacking for me. Working on it.
Staying out of your head is key. Exactly like @jacknap said.
-WORST CASE: Microdose Lithium Orotate, will not hurt gains if 40-80% resolved. If you just fasted... not a good idea.
If you have zero analytical skills, zero ability to tell what's hurting you or not, zero digestion, zero stress tolerance, don't take it.
If this sounds condescending, learn on own. If you lack skills to understand that non patent "meds" don't make that much money esp
in socialistic conditions let alone in the world wide web, ... don't take anything period.
by mental what do you mean? intrusive negative thoughts?
meditation and the breathing helps when it's at it's worst. weather is decent and a forest walk will help as well. just check the weather and make sure it's not raining. staying in and overthinking is shit. I understand you think you need rest but you need to do things that bring you into flow and forgot about yourself imo
