Anyone with PTSD / nightmares from the fin crash?

Over the last one and a half year I've managed to get a better grip on reality, got rid of derealization, restored my deep sleep and no longer suffer from panic attacks.

But I keep having nightmares and extremely lively uncomfortable dreams. I wake up most nights after a few hours from the emotions with a pounding heart.
It's so annoying. I have no control over this, I can breath all I want before bed but I feel completely helpless against this.

I was wondering if anyone has experiences with Alpha Blockers (like Terasozin) to fight of nightmares?
My progress would be soooo much better if I could just get some quality REM sleep in. I feel like an absolute monster after a good night.

Also from the toxic office wher.my pfs was spread about I get flashbacks of incidents and comments made
