Masturbation and ejaculation / mental stimulation

Hi everyone,
So I'm one of the cases who feels worse after ejaculation, and if I do it too many days in a row I crash. (my first pfs crash was directly after ejaculation, and ive had subsequent mini crashes after multiple days of ejaculation in a row). I know this is POIS, and several guys have it, but whats weird is after this ginseng crash I had in January I feel several side effects come in even when I get turned on or masturbate at all, even with ejaculating. I get the muscle twitches in various areas of my body, I feel more anxious, head gets more foggy, etc.

Does anyone else have this, I have a hard time finding it with anyone. I don't really understand the cause of it, perhaps something neurosteroid related? Its bad because it really hinders my progress when I'm so sensitive to minor things like this, and vivid wet dreams make me feel like shit when I wake up.

Would love to hear if anyone knows the cause of this. Thanks

Yes I've experienced this during my PFS recovery. Especially when masturbating more than once in the same day and especially when it's to porn - both generally have a very negative effect on me. Can definitely feel like it induces a temporary crash that takes a week or so to bounce back from. Usually during that week I feel pretty asexual and my dick is extra sensitive and 'offline'. I've noticed my consciousness/energy feels lowered in general whenever I watch porn too. Again all of this clears up in 1-2 weeks.

Having said that, sometimes I have masturbated to porn with no sense of a crash, so it can be hit and miss. Ultimately, I've realized that as tempting be to have that release, taking this gamble is usually a pretty foolish choice for me and that avoiding masturbating in general is much better for my recovery. I actually went on a 30 day NoFap streak back in January-February (broken by my girlfriend) and during the 20-30 day mark I felt significantly better in all ways and I was much less along my recovery journey then than I am now - so something worth considering trying for your own recovery too.

On the contrary to all of this, having sex with my girlfriend has a healing affect and feel like it nourishes my energetically, spiritually and physically in my recovery. Again, provided it is not excessive too.
