I heard taurine is effective on PFS symptoms greatly.I'll try it.If you've tried,please tell me your results.

I noticed barely anything but I only tried like 500mg. People reported and I found too that niacinamide helps a lot. Especially with sleep. It boosts 5ar a lot. You can get a bulk powder on ebay. I use up to 3 grams before bed.
