Sustain alpha/RES100/Novaldex joint pain

One friend of mine bought one of it (sustain alpha) and he is taking like 4 to 5 bumps a day, like its described in the bottle, the problem is that he started feeling joint pain and his libido and emotions dropped a little. I think it's because its reducing his E2 too much.

I had the same problem with nolvadex which I will not use it anymore. I was getting good libido, morning wood back, energy, drive etc. Then I think it started to blocking too much estrogen receptor and I felt the same pain, in my elbow, knee, joints, started to loose libido, morning wood etc.

Basically what I would like to ask you guys is if its better to cycle the pct I mean, taking these estrogen blockers (S.A or RES100 or Clomid) and then when we feel better, we stop and let it get removed by our body and then start again taking it and keep doing like this until completely recovery.

What would you tell me?
