VayneZ strikes back: The healing process weeks

Hey guys, been awhile.

Just wanted to log this and at the same time get back and become a bit more active again here on the board.
Due to some injuries which I will elaborate on more later tonight, I will be running Deca / Test for 12 weeks (maybe more, we'll see). Will post pics. Got everything already except the syringes, bac water and 2 vials which I will buy today and hopefully reconstitute my hCG tonight and start.

I'll be playing around between 250-500 mg a week, trying to stay higher in test for the most weeks. Got 2x 10ml bottles of testoviron and 1x ml bottle of Super Deca, both from Generic Supplements (a weel known european company here).

I am debating whether or not to add the following in the mix as well:

AndroBulk (3/4 bottle left)
AndroHard v3 (3/4 bottle left)
Super DMZ 3.0 (1/2 bottle left)
Super Epi Andro (3 bottles + a few pills left)
Mechabol ((2 bottles left)

Or I will just run these 2 solo, keeping it more simple. Open for advise in this area.

I will use hCG 2x a week at 250iu and will have arim on hand just in case.

Been on Most Wanted and Epic Gainz for awhile. Would these be of aid during this cycle? Or stop, and save them for later in PCT and afterwards???

Good luck man, I just finished my PCT from the same healing cycle and it did the job very well, if you suffer from a joint injury don't use any DHT compound or you will feel more pain, use Royal jelly during and after the cycle in high doses.

Rob! Thanks for checking in! And yeah man... I'll write in detail what I have been through these past months and what moved me to decide to run deca. Nice to have you aboard :)

Story:

It all started last year in July when I had surgery done for ingrown toenails (2 big toes). After the surgery, being bedridden for 3 weeks I developed what I thought was internal hemorrhoids. Since then I have had trouble sitting down, and as the wound of my toes healed, this nerve/joint/bone pain developed more and more in the exact area, slowly escalating up to my ankle. The entire sole of both of my feet would get all red and swollen with this annoying burning pain.

Mind you the health care system here is horrible, I went to specialist after specialist. Bone specialist couldn't find out any issues. Did an endoscopy exam (42cm deep through the rectum, which was not a nice experience), all is fine with my rectum/colon, stomach specialist pointed out that it could be the tailbone, which is in the area of the rectum. Did xray, went to another specialist and a few sessions with 2 different chiropractors. All again seemed to be well. The Chiros told me that my spine had to be aligned. I started swimming 3 times a week, bought these elasto-gel packs for my lower back and neck... and after a few weeks all of a sudden I have HORRIBLE lower back pain. The Chiro blamed powerlifting/bodybuilding.. however this all developed when I stepped away from compound movements and stopped powerlifting for awhile, training light and swimming. The arrogant chiro ruined my back.

Finally I got my appointment with the neurologist and today I finally did an EMG and SEP test. Waiting for results.

In the meantime I have learned to live with pain. Spine pain, rectum area pain, feet pain and insomnia and heavy depression. I'm a taxi driver and I drive a stickshift, so my posture at work and constantly pressing gas and clutch sometimes takes a heavy toll on me.

So after talking to people, doing research, I have decided to give deca and GH a shot. While staying active, doing a lot of cardio, swimming and lighter training (letting go of the powerlifting mentallity for awhile) and waiting on the results of the Neurologist, and doing an MRI soon (which also has a long waiting list), looking for further options, I have the hope that maybe, just maybe there could be a way to at least reduce some of these pains.

So here I am, day 1:
150mg of test mixed with 125mg of deca, shot in the right quad. Went well, a bit ugly, bled a lot, maybe because of the 21G 1 1/2 needle, Friday I'll make sure I have 23G needles. Felt an immediate rise of wellbeing. Depression was completely gone, maybe due to the fast acting test prop? oh yeah, this is what I'm using:

Testoviron:
Test Propionate 50 mg/ml
Test Cypionate 200 mg/ml

Super Deca:
50 mg nandrolone propionate
50 mg nandrolone phenylpropionate
75 mg nandrolone laurate
75 mg nandrolone decanoate

Both are from Generic Supplements.

T5 (Basically ECA stack high dosed in one pill), 4 weeks, then switch to albuterol for 4 weeks, and then back to T5.

And I might add Super Epi Andro to the stack soon.

I have been on 4iu of HGH for a week now, and will stay at 4iu ed as long as I can afford it (working hard fo da moneeyyy).

Live Well Pharm 10iu/ML HGH (at 4iu a day for about 10 days now, Im halfway through the bottle), getting another one tomorrow.

None of the pharmacies had bac water, so I am waiting to see if a guy I know can get me 15ML's of bac water tomorrow, hopefully, so I can start asap with the hCG, which I already have.

I am so drained right now. Had an excellent leg day even with that bruised right thigh. Felt alive, confident, alpha male mode! I will take some ''before pics'' tomorrow, although this cycle is primairly for recovery/healing purposes, Gains are ALWAYS welcomed.

Finally reconstituted my hCG tonight and shot .25 ML (250iu) supQ. Burned a bit heavy but bearable.

So far I am feeling way better mentally. No depression and I am alpha male !!!! Had a nice training with this girl and then we went to the beach to swim at sunset. it all felt so much better than ever before, mindwise

I'm not sure if it's the GH or the test and deca is already kicking in fast, but I am HUNGRY! I upped my protein intake. I usually measure my food precisely. Went from 150 grams of fish or turkey to 185 grams and 115 grams of chicken or steak to 135 grams, which are 3x of my daily meals, so should be between 20 - 24 grams of protein more And then upped my total eggs in the morning from 2 whole eggs and 4 whites to 3 whole and 5 whites + roastbeef. Veggies are also upped by 35 grams per meal.

I will see how this treats me for the following two weeks. If I gain bodyfat, I'm lowering it a bit, adjust it and upping the GH from 4iu to 5-6iu every morning.

Im investing a lot of money in this cycle.....

1 week in and I'm def seeing gains already... but also signs of gyno in my right nipp. Took 0.5mg Adex Sunday and 20mg Nolva. Yesterday took 20 mg nolva, today 20mg Nolva and 0.25mg adex.

Right nipp is very sensitive and there a bulb that is kinda painful when pressing against it. For example when I sleep on my right side during the night, I feel pain. Hopefully the AI and SERM would make it go away... if not, any advise??? There's no letro nor Caber source around here.. the sources I know carry only Adex and Nolva, so I can always get more if needed.

And also Hossam I remember you said to stay away from DHT, but would that aid in preventing gyno??? I have 3 bottles of Epi Andro.

You figure it is either prolactin, estrogen or both.

So hitting both of them would be optimal if you did not have labs.

20mgs of Nolva ED, for the duration and .5mgs of Caber E3d would do the trick within a few months period for sure. Even with the new imbalances your body might see, it will still control pretty much anything.

I have had to eliminate pregyno on 2grams of gear in the past and that dosage of Nolva/Caber took care of it with ease.

Good news, my right nip is less painful!!! Not completely painfree yet but way less pain. I'll be on 20mg nolva a day and Super Epi Andro @ 2 pills a day until it is completely gone. Still not sure if dht is good for my joint issue, but I gotta get rid of this pr gyno sympt.

I'm also using Preperation H on my right nip (read somewhere that this might help).

Tomorrow I will start increasing my Test dosage a bit @ 375 a week and deca will remain at 250 for one more week.
Pulled 495 Yesterday, after months without going heavy. Felt good but my joints are killing me today!! Could be the adex also

Update:

Ending the 5th week.

- Bloated as hell, lack of definition but my large shirts barely fit comfy!!! I have gone from about 193 to 210 pounds in almost 5 weeks.
- Gyno symptoms have diminished completely thanks to letro. Using this eod now.
- acne is also been getting less
- I'm a thinking time bomb.

I have stopped completely with super epiandro for the benefit of the doubt if dht would make my joint pain worse or not.

So far so good. Injected before in thighs, then switched to gluteus but for some reason it makes the nerves / lower back pain worse. So I got back to thigh injections.

Oh and I was a monster yesterday doing sets of 495 sumo deadz. Solid form. And still today my back is doing ok. My dose right about now is 1cc of Deca and 1cc of test (lowered test and increased Deca... See how it goes, until I get like a Deca dick or something.

I'm doing HGH usually twice a day now about 3iu twice a day. After this bottle I will start two smaller bottles of a higher class HGH, way more expensive, which should last me, both together, about 40 days, at around 5iu per day total

I don't know if you are eating much sweets but I find processed sugars like pastries and stuff make me super bloated. It will physically bloat my stomach and stuff pretty badly and I think it makes that area retain water. That and gear seriously makes some people retain water. Whether that's from the extra estrogen or what I don't know.

I dropped all sugary stuff for about 3 weeks now. And still bloated as hell. 2 more weeks of lower dosed Deca and then finally I can breathe!!!

Oh and this week I'm getting the results from an MRI, and then see what the next step might be regarding my back and feet issues. Plan A is go to Colombia for complete checkup. But we will see. Still stuck at 207 pounds

Sounds like your getting things dialed in. Sugar and Test aren't good for me either. I know you know food so it will be good to see you rip this down and see how shredded you can get. Nows the time when you got hormones on your side!

Thanks Kab! Live well def works even at 3iu's a day. I ran it two weeks prior to starting test and Deca, and I was getting leaner and leaner. Today I trained with this huge dude (he was Mr. Aruba a few times), he took the lead and we killed back. He's a huge monster now all bloated, and I felt comfy being bloated as well in my tiny slinger hahaha. I have such a big bloated belly and almost no definition at all, I almost just look like an out of shape fat dude, but man did I feel strong today and big. Getting sick of the bloat though. Today was my first shot of lower Deca and next week I finish my Deca (thank God!!!) and will run test solo for 3-4 more weeks after.

I will post some pics in a bit.

Thinking of starting T3, low dose as well and stay around 25mgs (since I have in my stash) and see how it will work with the HGH and test as the Deca begins to wear off. Thoughts?

Ya know, I have zero experience with HGH, so that may be where some of the bloat is coming rom. I've heard others comment about that. I'm assuming you know Deca hangs around a long time.... You got enough test to last or cutting that off at some point? If I were you, I'd hit the t3 but is stay on test as long as the Deca is clearing which can be a really long time. I'd have to research how long but I want to say months..

I know metabolites can be detected upwards of four months after discontinuation in a doping test. I'm not sure how that effects suppression etc.

Bloat IMO is almost always water retention, or inflammation from food.

Hgh usually in the first few weeks to a month makes you retain water until the body levels stuff out from my understanding.

As far as metabolites yea they can hang around in a detectable amount for quite some time but at detectable levels after that long they aren't doing much because they have been broken down so much it's just the test can be really sensitive, shouldn't mess with suppression really. Possibly at an absolute scale it may cause some kind of effect but in practicality it isn't really messing with anything.

Personally I wouldn't do T3 as I doubt your bloat is from fat, especially if it was a rapidly gained kind of bloat, like within a few months. I would cut carbs, or find the foods that might be upsetting your stomach if any.

I would try fasting for a bit, like half a day or something and see if the bloating goes down, or eat less for two or three days, and then eat normal and see if the bloating comes back after a certain meal. I found sometimes pasta noodles make me get really bloated, sometimes sweet potatoes as well if I'm eating a lot.

One thing that can help is probiotics, or yogurt to help digestion if its that your body can't process the volume of food sometimes that helps. Other times it's just that your body doesn't like some food.

Yeah I got enough test for 4 weeks after the deca, which I believe should be enough. Thinking about stacking it with what I have left of Super Epi Andro and maybe Super DMZ 3

You know I have this bad craving of almonds late at night.... besides that, I only eat carbs twice a week these days. Today I gorged some pop tarts after the longest while because its been awhile... so far so good. And I am already starting to feel wayyy less bloated at 250 deca per week this week. The pics below are at the beginning, Taken Monday... Im already looking way better than those. Definition is coming back hard!!!'But Eden I will try yoghurt! When is the best time to take it? What time? And give me a few brands you recommend (hopefully they will have them here). And also if I am carb cycling take it only carb days???? elaborate :)

I will be leaving to Colombia to do some testings there for my health issues, as soon as I know the dates I will let you know. Hopefully I can go Monday come Friday and dont miss any of my shots!! I eat my yogurt right before bed so it can sit in my stomach and make bacteria. I usually get fage, Greek gods, or some other Greek yogurt because I like the protein. But really any yogurt with active/live cultures will work.

Also if you get a Greek yogurt it shouldn't have a ton of carbs and so you should be able to take it on low carb and high carb days. I usually eat 200 grams.

I need to start doing this again! I really like the 2% greek yogurt from Trader Joes, but the Fage 2% is also great

Yea dude give it a go again. I really find it helps keep digestion going. With large amounts of food intake you can really feel when food starts sitting too long in your stomach.

Hey guys been awhile. Struggling with health issues but still on track with the cycle. About 1.5 week off Deca, and running test solo at 500mg a week with 4 caps of super epi andro, 2 caps of super dmz 3.0 and 25mg of t3. Hgh about 4 iu every morning.

Super bloated!!! That Deca!!!!!!

And Eden tnx for recommending yoghurt!! It's treating me very very well at night

Update: been seeing this alternative medicine Doctor, did acupuncture twice and bloodwork. Turns out I'm O+ non secretion. Gave me a whole list of foods that I can and cannot eat. Said my liver is f'd up and I have all this pain because I do not digest some of the food I've been eating. Anyone familiar with this? Pretty expensive tests.

I can't eat any diary. No milk products, no more yogurts... I was thinking maybe almond yogurt??
And no more casein nor whey protein.

This is just heavy to digest..... But everything he explained makes sense. And I really can't bear the pain anymore..
