Ketogenic is generally VERY low carb, no starches, basically no fruit etc, only carbs are non starchy veg.
Nothing against him or Keto, I just take everything with a pinch of salt, I don't believe in a one size fits all approach, I think you should build your own template around yourself, generally starting from Paleo.
