Can you take vit D and herbs while fasting?

I'd just avoid.. i fasted during summer so I could tan outside. but vitamin d has all kinds of fillers too that will take away from the cleanse. you'll have plenty of time to get vitamin d after the cleanse.

I took herbs while juice feasting, but I wouldn't recommend it again. Worked fine for me but it's much easier to just keep it simple.

no dont take herbs while fasting. they can drop your blood pressure too low. ive gone hypoglycemic in days i just prolonged eating let alone doing a full on fast.

When fasting, you take in nothing, but pure water. That's it.
