My story is messy I've tried a lot of things. I'd say I was around that much prior to the protocol and am at 80% now. I've been loosely following the protocol for the past couple months, no cold showers and added carbs for lunch and dinner. Need to gain weight and can't eat more meat. It's definitely a balancing game though.

I see. Did you also exercise? Because then you should have gained some weight, no?
Which things do you think made you improve to 80%? And why no more meat?
I am struggling to find this balance.

Ya I've been exercising the whole time pretty much. I gained some weight but nowhere near where I used to be. Digestion just isn't as strong so can't eat the amounts necessary. I think the r-andro cycles more noticably improved my situation.. mainly regarding digestion and mental calmness. I just can't eat meat 5 times a day like that, can't stomach it. Would rather eat less meat and up the carbs if I can tolerate them.
