Urgent, advice needed, TMO and high estrogen

Hey guys,

I would love to know how to deal with issues stemming from high e2 (estrogen) during and off herbcycle.
I seem to aromatize a lot if the increased testo that i get through herbs or even exercise.
Nipple pain,gyno development, ball pain are like constantly appearing.
Is the fasting a good way to get rid of it?
Should i straight jump to the prohormones to decrease e2?

This is pretty much the only thing that keeps me from continuing with protocol because i dont want futher damage my body from e2 spikes.

What is body fat like? Too much can result in high oestrogen

I was 71kg at 178cm in December 2021. now im at 77-80kg with a lot more muscle and maybe a little more body fat. Im not one of those 300lbs neckbeards lol

If you're having high E2 symptoms then you could run a cycle. How long have you been on the protocol. I am majorly backlogged so forgive me not reading the whole post.
