Well this is a fitness blog and in no way meant to 'get people in trouble.' I simply hope to be an inspiration to some and gain more knowledge of the lifestyle that I love. I pose everyday.
Boom indeed! Mad progress since the first pics you posted. What changes will you be making in your diet these last 6 weeks?
Not changing what I eat, just portion sizes and eating five to six times a day. I'm doing cardio everyday but taking a break from weights once a week. I start carb cycling today.
