On one hand, I feel like smoking marijuana is helpful because it calms me down and makes me a little horny. It's also natural. On the other hand, I wonder if it is impeding progress in recovery. What are your opinions on using weed during our recoveries?
weed is well known to lower testosterone. I don't think occasional use would matter though

Stay as far as humanly possible away from it. I know people who smoked weed while trying to recover and it completely ruined their progress. It was awful to watch.Quote:

yo I used cbd like 3rd day after I crashed twice in attempt to help me sleep. It felt good initially but then made me feel much worse. this was when I absolute rock bottom. I only tried it in that fucked up state but I think it still got my a little high. it's not like tripping but high a bit yes.
wouldn't use it. are u using all the herbs cdnuts suggest? that should keep u covered?
additions that haven't hurt me and only helped = skullcap, passionflower, kava.
st. francis and harmonic arts are good canadian brands for those and certified organic. i rotate them for sleep.
It doesn't get you high per se.....it has a relaxing effect but not a psychoactive one. I've used it at times for sleep and relaxation.Quote:
