so i got some bulk waxy maize hdp, i read a study that it actually increases energy expenditure
so far the only time i use it is after a workout. i usually mix roughly 20g with 40-50g protein in 14-16oz water.
it gives a thick consistency, a little like casein.
im hoping you guys have clever ways of using this starch other than mixing it with h2o+protein
i was thinking maybe protein bars, or pancakes or something.
