Slipped a bit from protocol last few days while having a bit of lower back injury.
So, I will be doing a 7 days juice feast.
I had question if anyone of you guys can answer that is it necessary to drink 4 quarts of juice or less will also be fine? I was planning on drinking 1-2 quarts of juice. I read on juice feasting.com recommended by CD that we can have anywhere from 1 to 4 quarts of juice on daily basis.

What do guys think about hitting gym 5 days a week and doing HIIT 2 days. Workouts all days of week. I feel a bit demotivated on rest day.
Currently hitting the gym 4 days a week,HIIT 2 days a week,1 day rest.
